ACTA in a Nutshell –
What is ACTA? ACTA is the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement. A new intellectual property enforcement treaty being negotiated by the United States, the European Community, Switzerland, and Japan, with Australia, the Republic of Korea, New Zealand, Mexico, Jordan, Morocco, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and Canada recently announcing that they will join in as well.
Why should you care about ACTA? Initial reports indicate that the treaty will have a very broad scope and will involve new tools targeting “Internet distribution and information technology.”
What is the goal of ACTA? Reportedly the goal is to create new legal standards of intellectual property enforcement, as well as increased international cooperation, an example of which would be an increase in information sharing between signatory countries’ law enforcement agencies.

Emily Deschanel’s Baby Hits the Bones Set! Tamara Taylor Tells All - Exclusive
While Temperance Brennan is still sporting a baby bump on Bones, Emily Deschanel’s little one has already made his debut on set. “Oh, my God. Henry is so beautiful,” gushed co-star Tamara Taylor to Wetpaint Entertainment. “He is such a smiley little lover.”
Though her character Dr. Camille Saroyan has a firm anti-baby policy in the lab, Tamara couldn’t be happier to have Emily’s baby at work. “It’s so great getting our makeup done and hearing the baby like cooing in the trailer,” she says. “It’s so nice to have that energy around.”
And according to Tamara, her costar is doing a great job balancing her hunt for fictitious killers and her newborn on the “extremely” baby-friendly set. “He’s got his little baby trailer. It’s nice that she gets to bring him with her so she doesn’t have to be away from him long,” says Tamara. ”She’s doing incredibly well. Really, I can’t imagine splitting my focus the way she is, and she’s doing a great job of it. She’s doing it all gracefully.”
We don’t doubt it for a minute, and you’re pretty graceful yourself, Tamara!
@wellsbones about The Finder
Well, I liked Sweets, I liked the music during the shooting in the bar, I liked the Bones reference and I like the theme song, that’s pretty much the only think I enjoyed about The Finder.
I still don’t like the main character.
What I love in Bones is that they care about their cases, and when I heard Walter saying he didn’t care, I was like “ouch”.
I wasn’t impressed by his story about his brain damage. What the hell this story means anyway? That he is what he is just for the brain damage? No interest, no caring, no compassion, nothing… it’s just his brain disability that speaks for him?
And I was pissed when Sweets said “the finding stuff is way more interesting than the murder stuff”, I mean, did the writers really feel the need to justify this show with this line? Ludicrous.
And the gypsy girl? Why the hell she is with them? I still don’t understand.
I’m sorry to say that, but The Finder characters do not have any depth, and when I hear line like this “if you lied to us I’ll bring you back to life so they can electrocute you again”, from the same man who interpret the great “The Green Mile”, I just want to punch someone in the nose!

Go to your computer’s Start menu, and either go to
“run” or just search for “cmd.”
Open it up, and type in “ping [website address],”
Once you have the IP for a website, all you really
need to do is enter it like you would
a normal URL nd hit enter/press go. Typing in
“208.85.240.231”
should bring you to the front page of AO3,
for example, just as typing “174.121.194.34/dashboard”
should bring you straight to your Tumblr dashboard.
Since we’re obviously bracing for the worst case scenario
which would involve you not being
able to access the internet regularly, you should,
save this list.Dear Tumblr-ers, -ites, ettes, and whatever other things you may prefer,Please reblog the crap out of this. Add to it if you feel there is stuff necessary but missing.P.S. Thank you to the lovely who wrote this up.
